Program Description
When opted in, you will receive SMS/MMS messages to your mobile number from Roof Rescue. These messages may include responses to estimate or service inquiries, appointment scheduling and confirmations, project updates, follow-up communication, and occasional requests for feedback.
Program Frequency
You can expect to receive 5-10 messages per month from us.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To opt back in, reply START or submit a new request through our forms.

If you need assistance, reply HELP to any message, or contact us directly via our contact page.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
